Accounts, Communities, and Plans

A platform account owns login credentials and may join several communities. Roles, callsigns, and departments are stored separately per membership.

Plans and billing belong to the community owner. System support access does not transfer ownership or deletion authority. For billing support, provide the community name and transaction reference—never a password or integration key.
