Departments, Forms, and Integrations

Departments define service type, abbreviation, branding, member access, and supervisor workflows. Logos are managed in department editing.

Report Forms controls built-in and custom Law or Fire/EMS documents, categories, availability, and supported custom fields. Existing filed records retain their saved data when a form later changes.

Integration keys are community-specific secrets. Copying shows a confirmation. Rotate a disclosed key. Discord synchronization is owner-configured and can map Discord department and administrative roles to their matching CAD access levels.
