Recommendations and Fire Dispatch

Recommend uses the call nature's configured Law and Fire/EMS response counts. Eligible units are ranked by current AVL distance when coordinates exist, then by available-unit order when they do not.

Law-only calls show Dispatch Selected. Fire/EMS calls also show Tone, Rip & Run:

• Dispatch Selected assigns units without station tones.
• Tone, Rip & Run assigns Fire units, queues station tones, and follows with spoken dispatch when configured.

Fire recommendations require a radio channel. TTS announces “Utilizing [channel],” reads the channel another way, then gives the timeout. Community mode controls Full Dispatch, Tones Only, or No Tones; No Tones suppresses the tone sequence.
