A workspace or action is unavailable

Check the selected community, community role, department, and supervisor assignment. System support access displays a banner explaining its platform-level override.

A recommendation has no map position

For an address, verify the postal exists. For an intersection, verify both original GTA roads. A display rename must map to an original road.

A pager does not activate

Confirm Tone, Rip & Run created a job, the player was assigned, tones are enabled, station audio exists, Discord matches, and the server has the current resource. Ordinary Dispatch intentionally does not tone.

An import fails

Download the current template, preserve headers, save UTF-8 CSV, and use the reported row/field/value error. Correct that row rather than removing legitimate shared statute codes.
