Dispatch Workspace

The Communications CAD combines the calltaker, held and active calls, available units, notes, records queries, and operational tools.

Saving an unassigned event places it in Held Calls. Dispatching its first unit activates it. Notes, returns, and statuses remain in event history. When the final assigned unit clears an active event, BackdraftCAD closes it automatically.
