Mass-casualty reports use a repeatable patient roster for individual triage and tracking.

A deceased-person record marks a civilian deceased in records and on the civilian side. Supervisors can document an override. The owner chooses whether civilians may restore themselves alive. ERS-generated locals cannot be marked deceased.
