A numbered address routes to its postal coordinates. Street-coordinate matching is reserved for intersections, preventing CAD from guessing a nearby postal from a similar street label.

Assignment, En Route, Arrived, and Clear update one active-unit record across Communications, MDTs, LiveMap, and integrations. AVL may mark an assigned unit on scene when it enters the configured radius.
